This home was great with my mom. I have no complaints and the everyone is so nice. I have had her in a couple other places and did not like them at all. William Penn was great, alot of food, therapist was great with her too. Thank you william penn for everything you did.
My great grandma almost died in there and they did nothing, she took a heart attack and a stroke, they get paid to do nothing
I was given a wonderful tour. However, no one would return my multiple calls when told they would not accept my sister. I just wanted an explanation that could have been helpful in moving forward. I just think it was very inconsiderate that admissions would not return my phone call after multiple requests.
Not a good place. Gone downhill.
My friend Betty was transferred to William Penn care center and the staff is just amazing and very professional! Their kindness and empathy is just heartfelt. With such a demanding job, they treat it as if, that could be me. God bless each and everyone you them🙏❤️🙏
The staff members all treat my dad with respect.. they truly care for him. They update his care plan and follow through with whatever his needs are. I'm grateful for them and so is our dad!
Great facility, great communication. My Grandmother was there and they took amazing care of her. They kept us well informed on her care and were always so pleasant and easy to deal with. Always kept the facility clean and looking nice.
No communication, staff are vaping in patients rooms, not welcoming by any-means seems like everyone’s miserable there. The higher ups do not care about the employees. There very greedy. Severely understaffed. Aides being rough with the patients. Do not send your loved ones here its nothing but a circus.
