Weston Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

This place is a mad house, they have two extremely rude nurses here and a lot of cna's that are just very disrespectful to residence as well. This place might look nice on the inside due to the remodeling of the rooms but it's horrible. One nurse got very nasty with a friend of mine who was visiting a relative and that same nurse over the covid pandemic was being very nasty to a resident yelling at them. One nurse was walking around not wearing mask and wonders why people are getting covid in that place. Nurses in this facility have been treating residents horribly. The staff should be dealt with accordingly. They even ask if you are vaccinated and require for people to take a covid test before you come in. Nothing is being done because there is shady stuff going on.

Just drive in to the place, it looks like a junk yard forgotten! My sister fell in parking lot on unmaintained cement- doors are rusting out and unsafe for visitors to use! Management not on site and what they deem supervision in facility is a joke- they are incompetent, owners let staff members fire for not being the preferred race, they might want to make sure their records are in place as the proper authorities are preparing lawsuits they won’t be able to get out o.The nurses sleep during shift, food scarce for patients and not equipped to maintain patients laundry properly although it’s done on a regular basis. How is this place allowed to be a business, let alone care for people living their! Consider this a word of warning!!!

Premier care, absolutely extraordinary, the very best the Lehigh Valley could offer. Wonderful loving staff and management. They treated our Father with outstanding professionalism and our family and his outside doctors and care givers with grace, dignity and respect. Management is currently in planning of complete physical renovation but I pray they don't change anything inside concerning their dedication in caring for the elderly. This little place on Leithsville Road in Hellertown is the 'Diamond in the rough". Our only regret is that we can give Weston Hellertown only 5 stars as 10 stars are deserved. This Home has a warm, friendly feel to it. Residents are happy and clean. Staff exceptionally caring. If I had a family member that needed Nursing Home care, I would not hesitate to place them there.

Don't put your family member here... This place is not all how it looks the staff steal things from the elderly all the time clothing, phone wires, and other personal belonging's... The staff worry about getting money in there pockets.. Last time i was there to see a family friend she told me the staff didn't bathe her in two weeks time.. She also told me one of the nurses took things out of her closet.. She has things missing.. The mananger took personal belonging's also a year ago and did not give her back her items.. If you have a family member or family friend in this elderly facility i would suggest to get them out ASAP and call the better buisness bureau as soon as possible
