I'd refer this facility to those that needs physical therapy or rehabilitation.Ade the D.O.N. actually cleaned and motorized my feet. The supervisor Ms. Denise cleaned my wounds and Carmella, Marvin,Samiyah,Dekenesie,Brian, and many others helped me get through my journey with ease. I thank you all,may GOD bless you everyday.

Great place for long term & rehabilitation. Great staff who really cares about the patients. I would recommend!
This place is the worst place ever, I wouldn't let them care for my cat let alone my family member. Dirty, old furniture, paint chipping, bathroom smells like piss, they punish patients by take there walkers away and leave them in bed with pissy diaper, rude staff. My family member was not treated good, clothes always missing. After we got her out of there they kept her SS check, took us a few months to get it back. Aday the head nurse was just caught stalking my son and harassing him for giving them a bad review! Come harass me Aday! Nathan never returns calls and avoids you ever time you call! Other then a few nice aids, this place is like sending your loved one to there death bed! Be aware, Stay away!!!!!!!!
