Their collaboration with hospice providers helps ensure residents and families receive seamless, compassionate care during some of life’s most challenging moments. It’s clear that the staff is committed to providing comfort, honoring each resident’s wishes, and supporting families every step of the way. I truly appreciate our partnership and would confidently recommend this facility to anyone seeking high-quality, resident-centered care.
It was very welcoming, and very clean. My gram is there for rehabilitation they’re taking very good care of her!
My purpose in making this visit was to play a "clarinet concert" for one of the residents. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous. The resident was pleased with the services provided by the staff and by the WellSpan hospice staff, as well.
My father was there up until last Sunday. When you are visiting they will pretend to have a good relationship with your family members...could not be further from the truth.... the intro hospice not to help but to lead them to the final outcome..... they are also money hungry. Telling us to let them handle paperwork we were supposed to fill out...and noticed numbers were different
Everyone is so nice, friendly, helpful. Nice and clean!!
Staff was polite when entering room while I was visiting family member. Family members appear kept and clean and said staff were very good to them.
We had a very nice visit with my Mom. She loved seeing all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
My mother went drastically downhill after being here. I asked for a list of administered medication. I was told to come back. She had a fever of 102.7. The only reason we found this out is because we asked the last time stats were taken. Urine in the halls. Once past the front desk it was terrible! Severely under staff, I feel bad for the people that work there. The charge nurse was very nice. She did everything she could, but it was obviously she was pulled 20 different directions. I would rather die than go here.
