The menu is the same thing days in a row. They serve stuff you cant eat because you don't like it or it is cold or to dry and crunchy or to chewy. Cold coffee. No access to a microwave. The dietary dept needs to provide choices for the menu not just one thing! Not good dietary dept menu at all!
All the staff are very caring, and professional taking pride in their work and workplace, you can feel assured that your love one is being well taken care of!!
This facility is very clean, comfortable, well presented, and feels more like a friendly hotel than a starchy nursing home. The team have been amazing for us, easy to work with, appreciate our consistent interest, welcome us when we visit, and are attentive to questions. They quickly adjust and happily address our concerns, while the medical care has been reliable and flexible too. I have witnessed them take extra time to better know my husband and adjust to his preferences. They appear organized, have information readily available, and provide a number of really nice common seating areas for…

I know that my husband is well cared for and, unlike other local facilities, I don't worry about his wellbeing while I'm away from him. I highly recommend the Warren Manor, and commend them for their success in doing what is such a difficult job so well for us.
I have been in recovery / rehab in the Warren Manor for almost a month, with another month or so left to go. This facility is excellent. The staff really care and are genuine / respectful to me. The team is organized and communicates well. They are attentive to questions / concerns and welcome the close involvement from my wife and family. The PT / OT unit and onsite team is superb. From first hand experience of this and other local facilities, this is by far the best choice.
I have a friend here who's getting wonderful care. And when I visit, it looks clean and the residents look comfortable and attended to. thank you for all your hard work
My stepfather is currently in this facility doing rehab, or was supposed to be, until he is strong and well enough to go home. He has been there for almost 3 weeks and in that time has deteriorated to the point that he can no longer sit up in a wheelchair. He has waited over 4 hours after pressing the call button for a nurse, and has also used his own cell phone to call the front desk to ask them to come answer his call bell. He has a feeding tube that often gets blocked with alarms, the response time is AWFUL. He also has a catheter so also needs help getting to the potty- he is a fall risk- he has waiting so long for help to potty that he's unhooked his feeding tube himself and took the chance of falling to get there himself because he could not wait ANY longer. And if we are honest, if he had an accident bc of waiting, he'd probably sit it it FOREVER. I visit practically daily, and so does his brother, and still his care has been nothing but a complete and total disappointment. I feel he is giving up, he's wasting away, and I blame this facility ENTIRELY.
Terrible place My mother was there and was told to call her family to sign herself out by the head nurse.
Horrible.. if I had to stay in a place like this I’d rather die and I mean it !!! I could never !!! Yeah very bad experience, you have no idea. I will never bring my loved ones to a place like this ever ! There is a RN that should retire . Very nasty person .. the way she talks and treats the patients there should never. Hate to see ppl who are there cause they need money . Karma
