3.7 · 140 reviewsI did not experience any interaction with staff except receptionist who was pleasant. Have only been in a few similar facilities and found Wallingford to be better than some. No orders, clean hallways and floors, bright and cheerful.
I had to receive 6 weeks of IV Antibiotics for an open wound. The overall staff(nursing, therapy, and food service) are professional and dedicated.
Well The first impression when I first got my 91yrs old dad there for rehab wasn’t that great. Because it look a little outdated but after I Met he nursing staff and and all the workers there, I Have nothing but respect and thankful for how great they are. So nice It’s so professional in every way. So I highly recommend this place to anyone. Because I’m picky and if they can win my heart over, they can win anyone I surely mean that Sincerely, thank you Johnny lam🙏🥰🙏 my dad are lucky to Have such great Staff taking care of him.

My experience was excellent. Every department was caring, helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have improved and gotten to this point without all of them. The nursing and rehab staff went above and beyond to help me. And the food was excellent.

The nurses that work here should not be nurses. Most of them do not care about there patients and even after I asked them to help my grandfather because he was screaming in pain they just told me "he always screams he's fine". That is ridiculous. These are people's family's they are supposed to be taking care of. Not to mention the nurses are always just sitting down on there phones not even paying attention to the patients. I highly recommend to not send your loved ones here.
I had a wonderful stay at wallingford would like to give a special shout out to Timothy and all the nursing and rehab staff also special thank you to Michael from the kitchen for accommodating my plant base diet evrything was delicious such a warm place would recommend to anyone in need thank you
My husband was admitted to the rehab ( short term) on a Sunday afternoon. The weekend crew was amazing. It was a very pleasant experience. The place was clean and didn’t have the “nursing home “ odor. Everyone was happy and friendly . Highly recommended!!
