Hard working, conscientious and courteous staff. Owners and management personally greets and have hands on day to day operations. Residents are lucky to have such experienced and caring individuals to care for them during their daily activities.
Just put my grandma into a home here! Staff are extremely friendly. Always have staff and other residents socializing with my grandma! They have bingo and other game nights! I would recommend so far!
HORRIBLE! This place is withholding my sisters pay check because she left due to the neglect of the company to the residents. Her check didn't come in payroll, And then it was mailed Monday and then Tuesday of last week and it is now 11 days later! Different rules apply for different staff and its just not a good place. They do not care about the residents and just love the drama and bullying of other staff members. Vanessa blocked my sister and refuses to show the receipt from the post office that the check was "sent". Do better Victoria Manor..
I was looking for information on survivors benefits for my mother-in-law. My father-in-law was a veteran. My mother-in-law was seeking assistant living. I filled in my name number and email address for assistance from seniority for Oakdale PA. Jerry contacted me immediately. We corresponded by E-mail. Jerry gave me very good information that helped my mother-in-law to connect with the right person. She is on her way to Senior Living. Jerry told me I could contact him or Kayna anytime. It was simple and did not cost me anything. He was very trustworthy. I am glad I made the call.
Initially a safe place should you need a place for a loved one. Currently, would not recommend.
