Great facility. Would highly recommend. Wonderful food choices and staff was amazing. My grandma was highly impressed.
Neglected my uncle and Aid pushed him causing leg swelling and she also verbally abused him, took his bedding, trash wasn't taken out nor was the room clean. He wasn't changed nor had any clean clothes in his closet. Just horrible. It's the residence home and they get treated like that. All aids and staff have families too. And maybe they can hire a neglectful, abusive nurse to care for there loved one's.
Our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care my grandmother received here. Transitioning a loved one into rehabilitation is never easy, but the team here made the process seamless and comforting. A special thank you goes to the administrator, Lisa. Her leadership is evident in every corner of the facility. She is incredibly approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents' well-being. Lisa took the time to listen to our concerns and ensured my grandmother felt at home from day one.
We requested a tour of the Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg- Adams County facility and was given a personal tour by the administrator (Lisa). Lisa was very knowledgeable about the facility, the residents and the quality of care. We were pleased to see expressions of compassion and attentiveness displayed by the administrator and by the facility's healthcare staff to meet the needs and requests of the residents. We were also impressed that each of the residents knew the administrator by name. During our tour, residents freely spoke to us about their appreciation for the administrator giving her high praises for always taking the time to hear them, meet their needs and address any concerns they may have. We were very impressed with the facility's environment, the care of the residents, the staff's attentiveness to the residents and the cleanliness of the facility. Our tour of the facility exceeded our expectations, and the administrator gave us her personal cell phone number encase we had any further questions. This is a very well operated facility with high quality services.
Worst care ever
My aunt was cared for at this facility recently. I was able to visit a few times during her stay. The staff was amazing. The administrator Ms. Corley was able to quickly respond to some requests for my aunts care. Highly recommend!
