STAY AWAY!! This facility should come with a warning. The staff are horrible. They will make all kind of promises and then fail time and time again. The administrator barely has the skills to interact with people much less the knowledge or skills to run a facility. She constantly avoids any accountability or responsibility. They use mainly agency medical assistants who sit around on their phones and avoid any possible interaction with residents. Everyone at the facility does the bare minimum, housekeeping consistently fails to change sheets, clean the floors, change the trash, all of which we…

They use mainly agency medical assistants who sit around on their phones and avoid any possible interaction with residents. Everyone at the facility does the bare minimum, housekeeping consistently fails to change sheets, clean the floors, change the trash, all of which we are paying over $10,000 a month to have happen. I wouldn't let my pet stay here. We moved my parents after being lied to time and time again with lapses in care for my parents. Activities are the bare minimum. They had a wonderful activities director who recently left, what a loss. Once she left, the activities are basically some woman who has no idea what she is doing, talking to the residents on the porch. No interaction, they even removed the weekly trip book because she couldn't be bothered to actually follow through on any activities that would actually benefit the residents. STAY AWAY!!!

We have been consistently disappointed with the management of this facility. It went from bad to worse recently so we decided to move my parents. They had 3 things on my parent’s care plan, after two years they still haven’t gotten it right. The absolute worst was discovering my parents filthy sheets after we were promised they were to be changed weekly. If I could post the pictures here I would. Not even an apology from management, just another dismissive attitude. I realize there are always going to be things that may happen, what matters is how they make it right. Shameful really, we felt…

My Mom was there for almost four months, she said she couldn’t breathe, and she said it often. At one point she looked at me and said no one believes her. I believe her but the place was telling us it was her anxiety. Well I am no nurse but these nurses are supposed to be trained to know symptoms of distress in someone. My Mom was getting weaker, she had pain constantly in her side and back, couldn’t lye flat and the last two weeks of her life she couldn’t hold her head up anymore or hardly speak. She died of congested heart failure. She might be here today if they would have taken the time…

My aunt and I come often to visit her mother and there’s a small Philippino or Asian girl I believe to be who had the worst attitude I’ve ever witnessed here and the people here are usually nice but she just comes off very rude and lazy. I hope she gets some better training in the future or just dismissed altogether.

Husband needed respite care for a few months. Jessica G. Amazing-Made check in to check out effortless. Staff was very accommodating. Husbands care taker Tina the best. Wish everyone there the best. Would definitely recommend lifequest.

We had a bad financial experience with VLQ. My wife moved in on 6/12/24. The next day, VLQ wanted my wife out. We were told that she couldn’t use a Bi-Pap machine. VLQ claimed that they were given misinformation. VLQ never said who gave the misinformation. We surely didn’t. VLQ had the opportunity to speak with all of my wife’s doctors. My wife’s doctor said that the Bi-Pap machine could be used at home! I later learned that there is no problem with using a Bi-Pap machine in a PA Assisted Living Facility (ALF). Given that VLQ decided upon my wife’s arrival that they wanted her to move out immediately, and given that there is no regulatory issue using a Bi-Pap machine in a PA ALF, I believe that the admission fee should be refunded in this case. VLQ has refused to refund the money. Telling someone that they must move out upon arrival is very unkind, especially when there is no regulatory issue. Keeping the admission fee in this case in my opinion is wrong. Consumers beware.

The Village at Lifequest is a beautiful new facility ,both building and grounds are kept clean and well maintained. They're are plenty of activities scheduled every day and they're staff is great. Only small issue is that they are short on staff for such a large facility. We would recommend this community to other families who need a place for their loved ones
