They do not keep to the contract details. And they do not respond to resident concerns. I would not recommend placing your loved ones here.
I worked directly with Chris Kunst while finding a long-term, memory care facility for my uncle. Chris was beyond helpful throughout the whole process - answering any, and all of my questions in a detailed manner and very quickly, even taking a phone call with me on a Sunday; helping coordinate with other staff members while we got my uncle situated; and being able to help with a last minute visit. It was reassuring to work with Chris and the team once I found out my uncle needed to find a long-term, memory care facility, especially given I live in Massachusetts while the facility was in…

It was reassuring to work with Chris and the team once I found out my uncle needed to find a long-term, memory care facility, especially given I live in Massachusetts while the facility was in Pennsylvania. Overall, great experience with Chris and it’s been great to meet the staff over the past month while visiting the Province of Wexford, which is a great facility for a loved person to reside at during their time of need.
My mom is in memory care at The Province of Wexford. The most prominent thing I've noticed is that the staff engages with family members. This may not seem like a big complement, however, compared to where we moved mom from, it's huge to our family. The other thing I've noticed is that all of the family members with loves in memory care at The Province, have a look in their eyes that say loud and clear that they have a peace and comfort in the knowledge that their loved one is well cared for. Again, I'm comparing this marked difference to the facility that we moved mom from. I feel comforted…

Every time I go there to see my loved one I see the toilets have feces all over them.
Very clean and friendly staff.
The Aides are very patient and helpful. Maddison is not only friendly with the residents but very helpful with the advocates and family
My wife wanted to tour the facility a couple of weekends ago for her father who was in desperate need of memory care. She made it clear that we could only tour in the afternoons. The sales person, Alaina would only make an appointment at a very specific time in the mornings, which because of my father-in-laws care needs, we could not make happen. We ended up finding another facility for my father-in-law because the other facility was much more accommodating when it came to tours. It’s unfortunate our tour needs could not be met because we had heard good things about this facility at when it was The Waters.
Province of Wexford is a wonderful place. Mom has been there a year now. The staff is so caring. They treat mom like a queen. The place is super clean. I'm so happy with our discussion to place her there. We couldn't be happier.
