This community is simply incredible. George spent so much time with my family helping us decide between this location or moving my aunt to Florida near me. Ultimately, the caring & compassionate staff convinced us to stay here! So very thankful!
The Province Of Southampton is one of the nicest buildings I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly, and they do a wonderful job creating activities that cater to a wide variety of wants and needs. The administration does a wonderful job helping families navigate care for their loved ones, especially when it comes to dementia care. I highly recommend a tour of the facility if you are looking for a place for your loved one.
This past year my dad's life got turned upside down and to start the year he got a diagnosis of dementia. I started searching for Assisted Living Facilities that catered to all of my dad's needs. I went in to tour the facility and Eric gave me a tour and provided all the information I needed and I was really happy with the levels of care and the freedom my dad would still have. My mom took my dad over to the Province to tour it and find out if he qualified. Linda was working that day, and she toured them and answered all of their questions. I had never talked to her before and when she called me, she was so happy to tell me my dad was in and that he didn't need memory care yet. So, Linda helped get my dad all set up. She made sure to be there on move in day and she helped us make the process so smooth and easy. I went to other facilities and I've never been to a place that cares as much as they do. And Linda is a walking billboard and she works so hard at running the facility and overseeing everything. One of the most important things for me is that you can tell she really loves her clients and their families. She has gone above and beyond for my dad and my family. Thank you Linda for providing a safe place for my dad to live, everyone else made the process so difficult. I HIGHLY recommend Linda and The Province of Southampton.
My grandmother stayed here for 6 months and got food poisoning twice.
Linda A , she is Awesome there I would highly recommend you work with her there , if you are on the fence about helping your parent dont wait she will walk you the process and make sure its done right ! Love 2 Linda !
This place is nothing but a joke. The staff doesn’t care about the residents like they should. The care givers hardly ever do there jobs they seat on there phones all day & nothing gets done about it. They either hide in residents rooms so they don’t have to do any work but nothing gets done about the situation. The food is horrible and I feel so bad for the residents that stay there. Don’t believe everything u read on the reviews on here. Once ur love one been there for a few months you will get to see the truth about the place. It’s not a good suggestion to put your love one into this facility.please do not suggested this place for your love ones. Especially in memory care u can’t find anyone over there to care for any residents.please do not let ur love one move into this place. Yes they make it sound so wonderful only because they want ur money they even charge for room service if you can’t make it for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Don’t let the fake smiles or the kindness fool you cuz it’s all for show just to have ur love one move in. The staff they hardly do anything but be on there phones or hide in the stairwell. No matter how much you complain about the situation nothing ever gets done. I’m glad I really got a chance to see how places like this doesn’t take care of ur love ones like they should and I would never ever put my love one in a horrible place like this.
I would never let my love one come to this place , the food is horrible and the staff don’t check up on the residents and they are disrespectful. They do not check up on residents like they should. All they really concerned about is taking ur money. Please be careful about putting ur love one in this horrible place
The Province is such a lovely place- it is kept very clean and there are lots of scheduled activities and things to do day-to-day. Linda has especially made the transition for our mommom and the family very seamless, we couldn’t have done it without her. from the beginning, she has been so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The other staff members have been very kind as well throughout our experience so far. Thank you!
