4.2 · 83 reviewsAll the staff at The Palmerton are very friendly and caring. My Mother was a resident there for almost four years before her passing. Although not perfect in every way, they did their best to work with me on pricing and took very good care of Mom.

My mom is a recent resident at The Palmerton. Everyone is so friendly, both the staff and all the residents I’ve come across. It gives me such peace of mind to know how well they take care of her.

This place is awful and my grandma fell multiple times here. They lost her expensive hearing aid and dentures. Which cost about 10,000+ We took her out after we saw her legs completely bruised and swollen from falling so many times. Nobody watches the residents! They had no clue what happened? Total incompetence! This place is all fog and mirrors! All the reviews are the employees nobody that had someone stay here! God rest her soul my grandma passed away. This place did her in. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE TAKE IT FROM ME!
The staff is very helpful & respectful of the residents. The Palmerton is very clean. There are activities for all ability levels. I was very grateful to find such a nice place to have my mother live.
The Palmerton is a wonderful place for seniors. The staff is 2nd to none. Very attentive and personal. There are personalized activities throughout the day and special events to commemorate holidays, anniversaries, etc. Additionally, the meals are provided with variety and options. I highly recommend The Palmerton!!
Do not like the staff.food is not greatest.slamming doors during the day.Running out of hot water .boiler needs to be replaced.dissapointed as a senior citizen from NJ.
