From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by friendly staff that genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. It is a well-maintained facility where cleanliness, safety, and modern comforts are clearly a top priority. What Sets It Apart: The Living Space: The individual units are fantastic. You get a nice spacious well-lit apartment space with plenty of natural light. Even better, each resident has a garage and storage space, which is a massive bonus for anyone downsizing who still wants to keep their vehicle protected and their seasonal belongings organized. Dining & Amenities: You can expect a great dining experience here with high-quality, delicious meals. The community offers lots of amenities that cater to all groups, making it easy to stay active, social, and engaged at your own pace. Convenience & Logistics: There is always plenty of parking for guests and visiting family members. The community is also located near plenty of amenities in the local Jamison area, making shopping, medical appointments, and dining out incredibly convenient. Pet-Friendly: Finding a premium community that welcomes four-legged family members can be tough, but The Manor at York Town is proudly pet-friendly. It’s a wonderful, worry-free place to live, backed by a team that does things right. Highly recommended!
When we first moved in the food was outstanding. In the past three years the offerings and quality of the meals have severely gone down hill. What used to be fine dining is now school cafeteria fare. The Staff and facility are still excellant, but the food is disappointing.
We loved Manor at York Town. It felt like a boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly. They have a coffee shop, they have a bar, and they have a beautiful indoor pool. The grounds were great, and from our point of view, we liked the fact that it was very small. The accommodations were apartments, and they had a good selection of single-bedroom to two-bedroom-and-den. We ate there, and the food was 5. If you choose to have meals, you get a budget and you can use it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I moved here 6 months ago and I couldn't be more pleased. The Manor is a combination of a stunning property with beautiful and well appointed apartments. The staff is kind and caring and go out of their way to be certain that each resident is comfortable and has what we need in every way. This place is within a close measure of perfection for me.

Quiet and clean senior living facility. I was there for a meeting and did not tour the property but it appeared to be very well kept.
I went to visit a friend and her apartment was so beautiful!
