The one staff member is rude as hell and treats her like shes not human shes always being told "wait for this or that" to get changed they left her wet all day the one day at first I couldn't get there so they wasnt taking care of her when no one is there visiting their loved ones they dont get taken care of my mother ended up back at the hospital this place will be the death of her!!!! My mother ended up here after the hospital we almost lost her we wanted the best care possible for her was recommended to this place but boy was we in for a rude awakening!!!! The one staff member is rude as hell and treats her like shes not human shes always being told "wait for this or that" to get changed they left her wet all day the one day at first I couldn't get there so they wasnt taking care of her when no one is there visiting their loved ones they dont get taken care of my mother ended up back at the hospital this place will be the death of her!!!! Im working hard to get her out of there she couldnt stand the night she ended up at the hospital they claimed they did physical therapy and just decided in a month she will never walk again that she bedridden for the rest of her days so please please if you care for your loved one dont let them end up here!!!!!!
Great staff! Very attentive and excellent care!
The staff made the stay for Donna fun and enjoyable! It was for a respite and she was anxious going in but changed her thinking when they made her feel so welcome. She will look forward to it if she needs to do this again.

Staff was well trained in taking care of my mom. They also communicated to what there are doing ( ie. meds, therapy) and they kept us informed about her progress.
Closer to 5 than 4, staff was outstanding
It is very nice that they keep checking on Dan even though he has left to facility. Care was pretty good there. Clean compared to others places we have visited people at. Andy and Rachel in rehab were great. People that lead bingo and games were very helpful.
Understaff and very disorganized. Did not receive proper medical attention if at all.
Staff is wonderful
