4.0 · 82 reviewsJust walking in and seeing it was clean was a huge blessing to me. I got a very warm greeting from the nurses and they were all pleasant and efficient. The PT dept. Was great to work with as well. Dietary could use a little work, but all in all I would definitely stay there again.
Friendly staff...helpful...lots going on but the staff were still the best!!
Staff seemed to be on top.of things. However , since the change to meals could use improvement.

Friendly staff upon entering building. Knowledgeable about sign in process as this was my first time using this type of sign in process.
We had a good visit with my Grandpa yesterday and today. The staff were all nice and it was a good experience.
Atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Staff was warm, friendly, informative and professional. I was impressed with the caring nature of the staff. Facility was clean and orderly.

My friend's mother fell on first day arrival and was a fall patient. She then had bed alarms and fell on her own again by getting up and gashed her forehead very deeply and they wanted to do paperwork before calling 911. Bleeding all over and ona blood thinner med. I had to call 911 and they all stood around dumbfounded basically. They disciplined her because of her mouthy words by placing her in a chair for hours at a nursing station where bells continuously ring loudly. They never dressed her for the day and left her in her pajamas without her teeth to even eat. The bathroom had feces all over the seat from her roommate. They never communicated anything . Do not take your loved ones here!!!!!
