Had a great visit with Pat. We went outside and sat looking at flowers. It is very nice there!
This place I've seen with my own eyes get better every day the staff is a blessing to be around ✨️
My friend nancy was.there.and the place was a very dirty place.it had.roaches.so gross.i had.lunch with my friend.the food was good.my friend hated it there.i had another fiend there.he was not impressed with the pee smell of the place.the place does smell like pee.and is very dirty.with roaches.very unhealthy.that place needs to be shut down.
100% would not recommend sending your loved ones here. I'm not sure if they are incredibly understaffed or unconsciously incompetent. My wifes grandmother came home today after a miserable stay full of blunders and balls being dropped. They actually sent her home with another patients medication. You'll have to make them do their job and they'll have an issue with that. Tammy is incredibly unprofessional and condescending, hung up on my wife because we weren't about to let anyone try to spin talk us with a bunch of lies. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!
Polite staff easy entrance easy exit
They have got to do something about the smell! It's horrid! Hits you as soon as you walk in. It's difficult to enjoy a visit with loved ones if we are nauseous.
As with everything there are pros and cons. The pros, include a caring staff that is capable and many times go above and beyond to care for the residents. The food is pretty good, not the best I’ve ever had, and not the worst either but as far as Nursing Homes/rehab centers go, this is one of the better ones. Trust me, I have experienced much worse. Now for the cons, there are not enough CNA‘s to take proper care of the residents. They keep adding more residents but not adding more staff to take care of those residents. The other major issue is that The rehabilitation residents are housed on the same halls as the long-term residents and Alzheimer’s/dementia residents. This Conglomeration of different people needing different kinds of care leave some CNA‘s and Nurses alike scrambling to take care of everyone. I do not know all the answers or have solutions for these problems but I do wish they were being addressed in a productive manner. All in all, I love living here. It is a far better place than others I have experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend this Home to family or friends. God bless.
My mother and I have been here for a few months and haven't had any really bad problems. A very few aides can be a little rougher than we would like but most are kind, gentle, polite and will joke with us. The food is good but sometimes not enough. If we don't like something on the menu they have alternatives to choose from. The only time it might be hard to get aid is during meal time because they are helping feed the residents that have trouble feeding themselves. All in all a decent place you just need patience.
