4.3 · 190 reviewsFirst off my mother went there for PT to learn how to walk and build muscle in her legs from her long hospital stay and she now can’t walk more than before, they’re not doing anything with her. Horrible place, it smells terrible. Every time I bring my mother clothes or hygiene products or anything in general it magically disappears while everyone has so much, they took her tv away and don’t have an explanation while everyone else has one. Anytime I call they don’t connect me to her room the put me on hold and hang up. Staff is rude food looks miserable. *she is a completely different person…

First off my mother went there for PT to learn how to walk and build muscle in her legs from her long hospital stay and she now can’t walk more than before, they’re not doing anything with her. Horrible place, it smells terrible. Every time I bring my mother clothes or hygiene products or anything in general it magically disappears while everyone has so much, they took her tv away and don’t have an explanation while everyone else has one. Anytime I call they don’t connect me to her room the put me on hold and hang up. Staff is rude food looks miserable. *she is a completely different person now, they have her dipped up on multiple antidepressants and Xanax, she expressed that she hates life now and she’s extremely depressed* her mental has deteriorated so much since she first got there less than a year ago. It’s like this place induced some type of dementia like symptoms without her actually having it. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
The staff was cordial and friendly and helpful
I found that Most, and I mean Most of the staff were very friendly, kind, and caring. My husband can be difficult to deal with and I thank those who cared for him and tolerated his personality I know he made it difficult at times. I thank you all for your patience and support! There were just a couple of aids that should not be working in a nursing home. Other than those few the others were Awesome! And I thank you.

Extremely unprofessional! Low quality living quarters! I would remove my loved one immediately! And the smell... OMG! It's unbearable to enter the building! This facility is only concerned about money. The well being of their "patients" is not a top priority. I involved an attorney as a result of this facility and applied threatening remarks regarding money that would be handed to them when released. This is a despicable establishment! DO NOT TRUST THEM TO CARE FOR SOMEONE YOU LOVE! They only care about money! I'd be happy to post the email thread!
The personal relations with the patients is very respectful, it shows they care. That's AWLSOME !
Clean rooms and great staff.
The nurses and employees were very attentive, polite and professional with me. My husband was there for a short respite visit. I'm basing my observations according to my experience as a visitor on one occasion.
I know they was very respectful & helpful
