The Atrium staff were great and get a 5 especially for their follow up after the tour. We did not choose this facility because they do not accept Medicaid.

I am very impressed with how they have handled covid, they are super careful. They have activities but they do it by floor so if someone did get it, it would only affect a few people rather than the whole community. They are doing everything that they can to keep residents as safe as possible. The meals here are chef prepared and they look great. My husband has to have his food ground and they are very accommodating with that. There is a shortage of staff members because of covid and I think they are overworked a lot but they really go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to…

I believe they are having a lot of trouble with the staff and residents that are testing positive for COVID. This is making it harder for the staff to come in and do their jobs. I feel like this is due more to COVID related items. Overall this is causing trouble with caring for residents. The last time I spoke to a nurse, they stated they were from an agency. My loved one isn't getting their medications on time.

We were impressed with The Atrium. It really was a nice place. The staff members were very nice. They were wonderful. When we visited the residents were having their lunch time, so we didn't see many activities. We heard from the staff member that gave us the tour that they have daily activities. Overall, we don't have any issue with regard to the place. At the top level (AKA the third level), they have skylights, which my aunt really likes. They have good lounging area, which is a nice plus. The room was a pretty good size for one person. It had a nice layout. We talked to one of the staff members there and she was very nice.

My wife is in The Atrium. The staff has been very pleasant and responsible. The food is average. Her room is above average and has plenty of space. They have common rooms, TV room, activity room, kitchen, rehab room, and sauna and Jacuzzi room. They're very good, very friendly, and very helpful. Parking is a problem.

Activities only happen in the morning. I am not a morning person. We have never had an activity off location. There has never been a therapy animal visit even though I have begged for it. I can't regulate the temperature in my room. Today the heat coming out of my wall heater was 140 degrees and the heater was too hot to touch. The meals are awful. Everything is too salty and frequently our meal choice is a hot dog or hamburger. They put oregano and about a pound of salt in every soup or stew. Chicken soup with green beans and lima beans? There are no birthday celebrations. For example; they could give everyone a cupcake at the end of the month. If it wasn't for the refrigerator in my room I would starve. I went out and bought Clorox cleaner for my bathroom to get rid of the mold in the toilet and tub. The staff is awesome. I have never met nicer harder working people. Almost no one else to talk to.

Sherri [Removed] was excellent. Facility was clean and well maintained. The location is not ideal for my family's needs but that certainly is no reflection on the care and kindness of the staff.

My brother is in The Atrium. It's a remodeled old motel, it looks like any other building, and there's a patio at the back. The staff all seemed very capable and caring, and everyone has been very nice. Everyone seems satisfied, and they all like the food. They don't want anyone to eat in their rooms, so they're all expected to eat in the dining room.
