A shout out today to Kimberly and Suzanne! On a Saturday we asked if we could come in. We expressed interest in a tour and hoped for a quick turn around with assessment. From start to finish we felt valued and important. While there on a Saturday, we were given then red carpet treatment! We never felt rushed. My client felt that they were treated with respect and given a chance to ask as many questions. I truly recommend this dynamic team of superstars! On a weekend I was also impressed by the friendly staff and caregivers. The residents look happy and well cared for. 10 out of 10!! ⭐️Thank…

I have a very dear dear friend of mine that just went into the establishment there and it's cool. It's really, really nice and the people are very friendly. The activity people , oh my god , they are wonderful , simply wonderful
Great, professional staff and beautiful facilities. The smell of fresh baked cookies this morning certainly didn't hurt!
Staff was very helpful/knowledgeable with finding the right places and in the price range needed. Friendly staff, plenty of activities for residents all thru the day, great food menu options, the rooms are very spacious with large windows that brings in tons of light, nice indoor/ outdoor areas to sit and walk.
I was really impressed with the facility inside and out!
We had a wonderful tour and information session with Suzanne Rozick.
I am so impressed with Trish Watson. She works in the dining room and knows every single resident! She takes such pride in knowing everyone and truly cares for them. She looks out for them. Trish always has a smile on her face and takes great pride in her job. What an asset she is to this community! She is a wonderful person. Thank you Trish for all your hard work!
They relied on or seemed to be busy until hospice would show up. If we did not have him on hospice he care would have been a 3. I felt like the carpets were always dirty in his room. As he was not mobile he could not pick up or move things. His tray table was dirty a lot . The dining room was clean. He lived in both sides. It was better then other places he stayed at shortly before his stay. Somethings they did well. Fir the most part the aides were kind. But definitely understaffed due to so many people wheelchair bound. We went a lot to keep a eye on things. They tried very hard, the nursing part was good. They did have events and they spoke very nice to residents. I think they just need more hands for the non mobile. If we didn't have hospice helping cause he was a heavy tall man help with self care. Hospice carried alot of that burden.
