4.4 · 120 reviewsI toured the facility today and was extremely impressed with the facility and with Christine Krueger. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable having my mother in law becoming a resident.
Overall it's a great facility. There have been issues but they are working on it. Big staff change. Which is definitely for the better.
Only downside is a nurse on staff otherwise great place so far. Very professional and sympathetic to the fact the people there are old and may forget things. They have alot of patience.

The hospitality and professionalism shown to me by Christine Krueger, was impeccable and greatly appreciated. She truly is an asset to Sterling Hts and an exemplary model for her profession. All of my questions were answered and fully explained in detail.
Everyone is super friendly and happy all the time that was the main reason we picked this place. They serve so much food I ate there a few times and could never finish my meal. Price was very reasonable. This was another reason we went with Sterling Heights. The rooms are all updated and smell brand new. They even painted and changed the carpet before my grandma moved in. I would definitely recommend Sterling Heights to anyone. My Grandmother has been there for over a year now and she is so happy and very active.
Sterling Heights is an amazing place!! There are so many activities and services! I'm looking for a place for my mom and Sterling Heights meets all the criteria. Christine gave me my tour and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this place enough! I'll be looking here when it's time for me!!
Christine showed us everything and introduced us to everyone. Our experience was to see just how friendly everyone was and approached my husband and I and welcomed us!
I cannot say enough about how great Sterling Heights is. The people there are wonderful, caring and nice. They all go above and beyond to help. The food is delicious, and the dining room is like going to a fancy restaurant. They have so many activities, not to mention a theater, library, game area. It is bright and clean with wide hallways and plenty of places to sit and visit both inside and outside.
