I had a wonderful experience at Nightingale. The nurses were very caring and the therapy staff was wonderful very considerate and patient with me.
Thank you all for taking care of my mother while she was in your care for over a month for therapy. her care went very well thank you all very much. She said the food was also very good 👍 sincerely Larry Rogers.
My dad had a wonderful experience at Knightengale. He came in with a broken hip a little over a month ago and he is now back home. The Staff was beyond incredible. They were super supportive and addressed both his needs and mine. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nursing or rehab facility. By far the best in the Erie area
Took great care of my godmother, I highly recommend their services.
My mom (age 81) was recently at Nightingale for short term rehab. She had a very positive experience will all of the nursing staff and medical care team. She has Fibromyalgia (chronic back pain)and was having difficulty walking without muscle spasms. She had PT for one hour a day and the therapists were friendly and knowledgeable. They even allowed family to come to therapy and observe. This was helpful to know what exercises mom should continue doing at home. After a week of being treated, we noticed a huge improvement in her self-care and movements. Mary (discharge coordinator)reached out via text after my mom was discharged to check in and see how she was doing and make sure PT was scheduled at home. I can’t thank the Nightingale staff enough for everything they did to ensure my mom was treated with respect and well cared for.
Very pleased with most employees, good food, caring staff and director of nursing went out of her way to help me. Great experience
They didn't come to take care of my brother. They lost his clothes.
Really pleased with the process, coordination, communication, and level of care.
