My mother was here for about 6 weeks. Food was horrible. Thank God she is in better nursing care now. This dump needs shut down immediately!

Stay away!!! Kait tells you what you want to hear. She doesn't have enough staff overnight. Many nights nobody avail to give meds to my mother. No proper food. Offering ramen noodles for a Sunday dinner. I would bring food in for my mother. No callbells for months. Overflowing toilets into patient rooms and halls. I could go on. I tried to address these issues and she discharged my mother saying she needed skilled care verses dealing with me. She's not a nice person. My mothers dr transferred her right back into another personal care facility.. Broken promises. My mother loved the staff and…

St Jude's Haven was good. They showed us the room, the beauty shop, where they do the laundry, and where they do the cooking, and it was all very nice. Kate was pretty good. She was very nice and explained everything. She told us that they do the laundry every day for the residents, and that the laundry area is sanitized every day. The facility was very clean, and I think my mother-in-law would like it better there than where she's at.
Nice nurses.Take good care of my mom
