Springfield Crossings

I was very uneasy about putting my Mother in ANY rehab, however, after I met and talked to the nursing leadership at Springfield Rehab, then saw how my Mother was taken care of, even when I was not around, I was less apprehensive. The level of care and the skill of the staff and how they truly cared about and for her was a relief. I would HIGHLY recommend Springfield!

I can't thank Patti enough for everything she did. She was responsive, compassionate, and always willing to help, even after normal business hours. Every question I had was answered, and she went out of her way to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. The staff provided excellent care, and I would highly recommend them!

My grandpop was a patient at Springfield Rehab, and the care he received was excellent. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and caring throughout his stay. We truly appreciate everything the staff did to make his experience a positive one.

Had a nice visit in the outdoor courtyard with my friend. The staff is very friendly every time I visit. The facilities are always very clean, bright and cheerful.

Really excellent customer service, I am amazed by the leadership. Substantially better than the organization at other rehabs that I have seen. I had a very sick relative (lots of diagnoses) who was checked in here. Symptoms were very atypical, lots of potential factors, and our case required an investigation by the executive team. I was very impressed with the work done by Patti, the Director of Nursing. She truly understood. She kept in touch with me throughout the stay and kept me abreast of all of the details pertaining to the investigation. She was very educated on all of the various diagnoses and was able to answer all questions well above and beyond general expectation. She is a good person who actually cares about the patients. At one point, Patti went completely out of her way and spent over 2 hours with me on the phone explaining all of the various diagnoses and the results of the investigation. The call extended to after hours and she remained on the call anyway to best serve me and offer some closure for the situation. Really incredible customer service. I also found Sarah, from the nursing staff, and several other nurses to be very communicative. They helped to set my relative up for some at home care services which we did not know about and desperately needed. They offered all of these referrals as part of their services without us inquiring. Really convenient. I am so grateful for all the work they did and all of the communication provided, even if they were not paid or required to do so.
