The staff can be ok but they are very rude and whe I call to speak to me son, they never transfer and when I go they normally on they phones at desk, he complains about patients stealing his belongings and coming into his room all day. When u ask to speak to someone in charge they play games and I'm not happy wit that. He's was there for two weeks and said the food was horrible and medicine never was on time. Administrator Jacob said it would be taken care of but never was which is y I moved him to a nicer place. Looks can be deceiving

Do not send your loved ones to this facility. The level of neglect and unprofessionalism here is staggering. Severe Neglect & Safety Issues: My mother was dropped and injured due to a severe lack of care. It has been three days, and management has still not filed an incident report, nor has a doctor evaluated her injuries. Medication & Call Bell Delays: Medication is routinely hours late; her 9:00 AM medication was not administered until 12:30 PM. Furthermore, she was left waiting for four hours with her call bell active. No one responded until I arrived in person to force the staff to do…

Severe Neglect & Safety Issues: My mother was dropped and injured due to a severe lack of care. Medication & Call Bell Delays: Medication is routinely hours late; her 9:00 AM medication was not administered until 12:30 PM. Furthermore, she was left waiting for four hours with her call bell active. No one responded until I arrived in person to force the staff to do their jobs. Deceptive & Hostile Staff: A nurse's aide explicitly misleads people by wearing a doctor's white coat and scrubs while mistreating patients. Additionally, the head chef came to my mother's room to yell at her over her medically necessary dietary restrictions. The kitchen consistently fails to deliver safe, non-spicy food, even rejecting simple requests like a plain hot dog. Substandard Living Conditions: The facility is dangerously overcrowded, cramming three residents into a single room with minimal curtain separation. To make matters worse, they refuse to fix the promised room cable, leaving a bedridden patient with only three channels for months.

This place is the absolute worst !!!! They treat there residents and staff absolutely horrible ! Megan sit upstairs in that office all day and does absolutely NOTHING all the nurses says she is the worst DON and cried to get her job back. Jacob the administrator be worried about the wrong stuff and take a million smoke breaks outside . Kheli the scheduler please do not call out and tell that lady your business it will be all over the building . They are very unprofessional don’t care about anyone but money and will have your family members suffering !!!!!

Kristina in Admissions was amazing! She made the whole process seamless…my Father had a wonderful experience and was treated very well!

I'm fighting a GI infection that causes me to defecate within 1 hour after eating. The nurses know this..the aides know this, yet today again I am laying in my own excrement for an hour after pressing my call..I could understand a 1 time thing but this is the 7th day in a row I have waited at least twice a day for over an hour..avoid this place.

My grandma has been living at Silverstream for the last 2.5 years, and we’re really thankful for the care she’s received. The staff is kind and always treats her with respect, and the food is really good too. Even though the building is a little older, housekeeping does a great job keeping it clean. It gives our family peace of mind knowing she’s safe and well looked after we truly appreciate everything they do for her.

Not very good. They're not very sanitary and the rooms look old rusted. Furniture in rooms need to be updated. Bathrooms in rooms are in very poor conditions. Can never get answers to questions about your family member residing there. They're always telling you, you need to speak to so and so, but they're not there at the moment. Half the staff are very difficult to understand what they're saying due to their accents. I do have to say that I've met two very nice CNA whom took the time to speak slow and clear , so we could understand. They were very professional and compassionate towards our concerns about our family member. Those two were the exception. The rest, from case manager, to administrator, and rest of attendants, were very cold and uncaring.
