Listens to what your needs are to help narrow things down so you are not overwhelmed with the whole process and swamped with information. Very helpful when making important decisions with little time! Mark was very attentive and available with any questions we had. We can't say enough good things about the experience we had!
We live out of state and needed assistance finding senior living care in central PA for our family members. Mark did a wonderful job finding the perfect place. He was very knowledgable and was always available to answer questions! I would highly recommend!!!
