I think the place is very nice it's clean the people of very nice and they take care of my aunt she's fed she clean and they talk to her and she has her own TV phone on private space and it's a nice place
Omg the staff was so supportive with the matriarch of our family, 96 to be exact. It is a clean and caring environment. Thank you Saunders House.
From the moment we walked in, everyone at the Saunders House nursing home was incredibly warm and welcoming…both the staff and the residents. My grandmother appeared calm, comfortable, and genuinely happy there, which gave our family so much peace of mind. Her room was clean, organized, and very well maintained. It’s reassuring to see her in such a caring and positive environment.
If I didn't have to give even one star, I would not have. After the receptionist greeted us, it gave a false sense of welcome. From the time the "whoever the hell she was" came to take us to the second floor, it went downhill. I won't go into details, suffice it to say, that we did NOT leave our mother there. Saunders House is not top-notch, and the only people who seem to care about the patients/residents are the ones who have absolutely NO power. Take it or leave it, anything other than 1 star is probably a gross exaggeration.
The greeter at the front was very helpful, professional and ready to serve!. I’m did not get her name unfortunately. She’s a keeper.❤️🙏🏿❤️
The nurse supervisor and some of the cnas are the worse and I wouldn’t dare leave my Mom in their care, they were disrespectful, rude, and the nurse supervise. It is very argumentative and I thought she might’ve been drinking. My opinion. Don’t take your people there. If you care for them one of the patients told me that she was denied her pain meds by a CNA do not take your loved ones there especially that second floor.
🤢🤮
The inability to articulate or answer basic questions was unsatisfactory. In my opinion some personnel were lacking or simply did not want to do their job properly.
