My mom has been in there for a couple weeks (moved over from another facility). They have been great. Records online, doctors call me with updates, even the business office called. They called the surgeon to ask if they c9uld rem9ve the stitches rather than transporting. They have fun activities handed out, an actual menu ahead of time, room is cute, nice nursing staff.
Everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly
I met Tammy Lacey at the front desk, and she did a great job helping me. She told where to find my love one and she was very Pleasant. Thank you for taking good care of my love one.
Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Therapy is working very hard to get my husband walking again.
My mother was in here for weeks… food horrible, care horrible, her roommate had cancer and she had to beg to get her pain medicine. Would not recommend… poor rebab here as well.
We were greet at the front desk, we're we were provided and assisted with checking in and directed to who we were visiting
Mom is 97 years old. Went to sanatoga after release from Phoenixville hospital wirh pneumonia. Staff was not allowed to help me get mom from my car! After raising a fuss there was an aide that was kind enough to Help me! That was the ONLY positive I can give! NOT happy with this place at all! Call bell didn’t work - which we didn’t know until mom waited over 35 minutes abd my complaining for someone to taje her to the bathroom. Told them evety day mom can’t have milk but yet every day, they brought her milk. Food trays were brought in, put on table and aide left - never asking if mom needed any help! Dirty clothes were put in dresser drawers instead of laundry bag. No one ever came to taje mom for walk, etc. patients were just left sitting in wheelchairs all day/nite other than PT. I coujd go on and on, but bottom line ….this place is not a place to send your loved ones unless you can be there with them doing what paid staff is supposed to do! Staff definately needs better training on taking care of elderly patients!
Love working with this facility Anthony is the best, no questions left unanswered!
