Staff is incredibly unprofessional, maybe because they're all underpaid and overworked. The owners and supervisors need to get their licenses rechecked because this place really is a shit hole....poor residents too. Workers treat residents inappropriately and allow them to make sexual comments to other workers. NEVER PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!
Beautiful property! Colleen Baker is an absolute joy to talk to! The staff is super nice and facilities are great!
I only worked there for a few days and got called into the administration office and got reprimanded for 1. Asking the DON a question and she told the administration what I asked . 2. I have a dry cough and health issues breathing and it’s hot in there so I do cough a lot I cover my mouth with my shirt. 3. We carry walkie talkies to communicate and I couldn’t not here correctly what the person said so wen I went to the front desk to ask the guy/girl I said I’m sorry I didn’t understand cuz u have a soft voice !! I didn’t see ANYTHING wrong with any of them three things ! But I got fired after…

I didn’t see ANYTHING wrong with any of them three things ! But I got fired after only 5 days of working there for them reason , the management didn’t even give me a chance! How does an assistant living place rather have all agency works and not want there own staff . I have been doing this work for over 30 years I have been a CNA !! I asked y I was given a chance and the human resource person said I didn’t pass my 90 days probation period geeesh I only got five days of work ! It’s a shame
We toured Sacred Heart Senior Living Northampton. We enjoyed looking at that and seeing it. They're very heartwarming. The staff was very friendly. The chefs were finishing up in the kitchen. They were so neat and talked to us about how they make good food for the people. The floors were carpeted. It was very warm and cozy there.
Nice clean atmosphere. Plenty of activities and helpful staff.
My mother is in Sacred Heart Senior Living in Northampton since November, 2020. I was familiar with this place from my aunt Jean living here for a number of years. I am impressed with whoever interviews their staff for hire, because the people that my mother and I interact with are compassionate, loving, kind individuals in all departments. After my mother went to Sacred Heart, another sister followed and roomed with her. Unfortunately, she died this past January and her other sister died last month. My mother’s 100th birthday was coming up and with the deaths of her sisters she was not in the mood for anything. Wonderful Lisa and her staff from Activities put together a well-organized birthday party with cake, punch and live entertainment. It made a great memory that we will never forget. Sacred Heart partners with Family Pillars Hospice, which my mother now is under palliative care, and they are just as wonderful. My family experiences with Sacred Heart Senior Living has been nothing but great. It feels like an extension of one’s family. We got to know loving, caring individuals, and we feel truly blessed. Sacred Heart developed the right combination of care and I recommend this place to anyone.

My mother was a resident at this wonderful facility. I can't say enough about the kind, patient and caring staff. They knew everyone by name and interacted with everyone. There were so many engaging activities for the residents. I volunteered whenever I could and loved helping the residents with arts and crafts. I loved talking with the residents and knew many by name. The meals were delicious and there was a variety on the menu to choose from. There was great communication between the staff and me about how Mom was doing. Sacred Heart Senior Living is a warm and welcoming place to live. I am very happy with the care Mom received and am happy I chose Sacred Heart Senior Living for Mom.
