3.7 · 25 reviewsMy friend Patti was at Quality Life Service in Sarver recently. The nursing staff did their very best to help her in the last stages of renal failure. Even when Medicare sent her home after the 20-day cut off, QLS checked on her the very next day and sent her back to the hospital in an ambulance to get the care she needed.
I cannot say enough good things about the care my mom received at this facility. The entire staff treated her with kindness, compassion, and dignity every single day. Knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her meant the world to our family. From the nurses to the aides, everyone showed such patience and attentiveness. They truly went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. It takes a special kind of person to do this work, and it was clear that the staff here take great pride in caring for their residents. I want to give extra recognition…

I cannot say enough good things about the care my mom received at this facility. The entire staff treated her with kindness, compassion, and dignity every single day. Knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her meant the world to our family. From the nurses to the aides, everyone showed such patience and attentiveness. They truly went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well cared for. It takes a special kind of person to do this work, and it was clear that the staff here take great pride in caring for their residents. I want to give extra recognition to Jen, the social worker, and Stephanie, the PA. Both of them went far above what was expected to support not only my mom but our family as well. Their compassion, communication, and willingness to help with anything we needed made such a difference during a very difficult time. We will truly miss seeing all of you. Thank you for the dedication, kindness, and love you showed my mom. Our family will always be grateful.
Everything with my wife's care was 5 stars. Jennifer (SW) was more than helpful in all of our interactions and I couldn't have asked for any more. She handled any questions and concerns immediately and professionally.

My friends mother is there. New staff, deplorable care. She has a U.T.I. and no medication. She was still in bed at 10am when they went to visit. Half the staff out on smoke break. Her T.V. was off curtains closed. Staff just wants to forget about you and not care for you. No doctor, no medication prescribed. She could be fighting infection but instead they are just letting it take her body over. One staff member keeps pinching her to where she has a bandage on. Another stares and is very intimidating. Look elsewhere for care!!
What we like the most about Quality Life Services is the kind and caring staff, and that they keep us well informed on the changes in mother's condition. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. Friendly staff, beautiful, clean rooms on the PCH floor, and staff goes over and beyond to make Mom and the family comfortable and they're very informative about moms condition changes
Clean staff is very nice and kind
Be warned. If your loved one has any significant savings and has a good paying pension coming in monthly, they will do anything and everything they can do to get power of attorney over them. Long story short, a judge believed my relative, who was diagnosed with dementia, and my relatives were banned from their property and threatened with the police if they came back. QLS now manages their savings and monthly income, and they get paid a handsome fee monthly for doing it. QLS is pure evil and greed
