Ceiling in room leaked, filth in all the corners, bathrooms nasty. 90% of staff had not matured past a pre adolescent level, severely under staffed. Dept. of aging needs to do a surprise visit.

My wife was recently admitted into Quality Life Services at their facility in Markleysburg for follow up care after discharge from the hospital. An older facility very well run. Clean, efficient with a very friendly staff! She was well cared for during her stay ! More attention to detail that you will get with a small facility. Thanks to Quality Life Services and God Bless!
