Quality Life Services - Grove City in Grove City, Pennsylvania is a continuing care campus housed in the former Grove City hospital that offers a full continuum of services: skilled nursing, long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, personal care/assisted living, memory care and independent living. The campus supports direct admission, respite stays, discharge planning and advanced care planning, and partners with Three Rivers Hospice for in-house hospice services when needed.

They do not respond to call lights I repeatedly asked for water after the roommate of my loved one asked for an hour and they never got it. They are ion thick it and after 55 minutes brought him regular water They refused to check sugar levels knowing they are a diabetic. Then refused to do anything in regards to it. Meals are awful. Full of things they can’t eat. The nurse stated well they are in their right state of mind they can refuse it. Then they have nothing to eat. They do not let anyone shower I had to…

They do not let anyone shower I had to call and report several things Now the fire alarm went off and no one moved I was told by several people that it’s probably just a drill. It was not a drill! Something was on fire. Stay away! If you love them. Do NOT bring them here! This place has no morals ethics human decency or care !!!
Nice and kind staff is awesome to talk to help you with trying to get services
We had my grandma moved up here from another care home because she was not getting the care she deserved. When we called quality life services in Grove city and asked to tour the place before putting my grandma there they were right on top of it they let us come the same day to tour the place. The place was clean ever time we went there you always saw staff.. the staff members we amazing with all patients. My grandma was there for short few weeks before she passed away and the day that she passed away the care home was honestly the best they can sold the family they had my grandmother cleaned…

When we called quality life services in Grove city and asked to tour the place before putting my grandma there they were right on top of it they let us come the same day to tour the place. The place was clean ever time we went there you always saw staff.. the staff members we amazing with all patients. My grandma was there for short few weeks before she passed away and the day that she passed away the care home was honestly the best they can sold the family they had my grandmother cleaned up and presentable for us to come and see her the place was wonderful staff members wonderful I couldn't have asked for a better place to have put my grandma I do appreciate everything that they did do for my grandmother while she was there in my opinion this is the best nursing home in Grove City

The place was the nicest home I've been in. Doesn't smell like peeothers said. Activities dailyand church available if you need it. Staff was excellent. Became friends with two great cna"s. If you rang the bell they came right away.breakfast need to change.. I was there for rehab.jeremy and pt. staff never gave up on me.love all of you.wish my insurance would let me stay longer for rehab.
NEXT BEST THING TO A HOSPITAL. FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING STAFF IN ALL ASPECTS OF MY CARE AND TREATMENT. ACTIVITIES TO KEEP PATIENTS INTERESTED AND MOVING.
Quality inn that lacks in “Quality” 1) stayed a week( NEVER changed towels out , not once) 2) in the week stay beds Never got made at all 3) breakfast sucks( hardly anything ) 4) guest service is never at front desk. For a $107 a night you can stay at other hotels with way better service, and get why you paid for.
I'm a travel nurse who has worked at plenty of nursing homes... I've seen some of the worst and best. QLS Grove City has been one of the best by far! Staff truly cares about the residents here like their own family. It's a beautiful, clean facility. They are on top of things here. If something happens the doctors get called right away. If I had to put a loved one in a home I would choose here even though it's almost an hour away, because I know they are well taken care of.
The staff were very kind and caring in all my husband needs while he was there.They would do anything for me or him if needed.thank you everyone .
