Honestly, finding Providence Place Senior Living in Collegeville has been such a massive weight off my shoulders. If you’re looking for top-notch Assisted Living or Memory Care, look no further. The entire staff here is incredible—super supportive, helpful, and they genuinely seem to care about the residents. It’s a huge relief knowing my loved ones are in such good hands. I used to worry constantly, but now I can finally breathe easy knowing they’re getting the best care possible.
Placing my mother at Providence Place Senior Living at the Collegeville Inn has been a truly reassuring experience. From the very beginning, she has told me, “You don’t have to worry about me being here,” and that peace of mind means everything. The caregivers are attentive and compassionate, checking in regularly and always responding with kindness and respect whenever she needs something. The food is consistently good, with meals and snacks available throughout the day, and there are always activities to keep residents engaged and connected. The caregivers are attentive and compassionate, checking in regularly and always responding with kindness and respect whenever she needs something. The food is consistently good, with meals and snacks available throughout the day, and there are always activities to keep residents engaged and connected. The environment itself is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. I can see how the staff work hard to create not just a facility, but a genuine community for the people who live there. Knowing that my mother is safe, cared for, and happy makes me confident that Providence Place was the right choice.
My mom is in the Connections Neighborhood and it's been a great experience. The staff have been wonderful and truly made the transition into memory care much smoother and easy for both my mom and the family. While the facility itself is beautiful, it is the staff that really makes this place feel like home.
I have been at providence Place for a year now When I first came it was good and very on the ball. Since it has gone downhill, not enough staff to handle everyone and helpers are overworked making it hard to get good care. I would not recommend it to anyone. They need to hire more helpers for residents and dining room also What bothers me more is at times no nurse on either floor and only med techs. We need more professional nurses and staff. Don’t let the beautiful place fool you. To be fair I hear this is a good place compared to other places.
My mother has found a wonderful home at Providence Place of Collegeville. She loves the companionship with the residents and all the activities that are offered each day. The staff are very supportive and caring. My mother is happy which makes our family happy too! Thank you, Providence Place.
They are weird here! The staff will hate on agency and get them DNR… A stupid lie and they believe it instead of investigating! I was one of the best, better than their own staff and they couldn’t stand it! Lied and said my behavior was inappropriate and some other dumb stuff! What behavior, I had more class than the majority of them! Whomever were just mad because I wasn’t interacting with them, I was completely unbothered… Boo-Hoo… You reap what you sow!!!!!
My mother in law has been here for about a month. The staff, facility, communication has been stellar.
Our family genuinely appreciates the care my Mom has received at Providence Place in Collegeville. Joe and the Connections staff and the program's activities have had a considerable impact on her overall happiness and transition. We have all positives to report. Move-in was a smooth process. Food choices are great (that's important to her!), housekeeping attentive, nursing staff is very good and informative, and admin and front desk always helpful. I'm sure I missed a department, but I would recommend Providence Place without a second thought.
