I would love to give a shout out to Alexa the housekeeping director she's does everything for us. She goes out of her way to make my mother comfortable. She follows through on request. I truly appreciate her more then she knows and she's always pleasant.

I would like to give my most sincere gratitude to the nurses on day shift ,evening shift and night shift for the endless work that they perform. My unit nurse Mariah and Maddison are very spot on professionals at there positions and i truly appreciate the sacrifices they make daily. They go above and beyond for me.

My stay here at providence rehab has been great because of nurses lala, alvin and cna angie. Especially my aide angie aka fast fast fannie is what i call her she is one if kind. The majority of my help was good. But management could use some help. And they really need to hire more staff to help out.

My first time at this facility, I came to visit a friend and I can say she's in good care. The place was very clean, the staff was very pleasant.

How this facility has 4.5 stars I'll never understand it. I checked the reviews on this place prior to sending my loved one here. As a family we decided to send her here for rehab. Needless to say we are regretting this decision. Just admitted and so far I'm not impressed. It's very disappointing to see your loved one in distress and when you call for assistance you have to physically go to the nurses station and hope someone is there to help. No one should have to sit in their own filth because no one is coming to help. It's already a degrading situation to rely on someone else to change his/her diaper, let's do this with some dignity. Anyone coming to this facility or any other are there for a reason, show folks some respect and dignity.
