My mother has had a wonderful experience at the Presbyterian home. The staff are very caring and responsive.
The facility is not large and it looks and feels like home. It is. located in a quiet neighborhood close to UPMC. The personal care the residents receive is exceptional. The staff is kind to all the residents.

Caring staff that go more than the extra mile, nice facility, and individual rooms for residents.
My mom did a 1 day stay at Presbyterian Home and it is a very nice facility. I would say that it is definitely not for those who have dementia because there is no locked unit, but for others it looks like it would be a nice place.
Great place
