My father was transported from home to the facility last night. From the first phone call this morning to the visit, I feel like my father is in good hands here. They are a staff of caring for the elderly and I am grateful
My family member stayed here for months and the entire experience was miserable. Some days, there were only 2-3 nurses/staff for the whole bldg. The nurses were rude, short-tempered, and would continue activities that caused patients great pain in spite of the patient asking them to stop. Two staff even got into a fist fight with each other one day! They also argued with each other in front of patients regularly. Patients sit for hours in their urine and feces because there’s no one to change them, which results in rashes and infections. Personal items to remedy these issues such as diapers…

Two staff even got into a fist fight with each other one day! They also argued with each other in front of patients regularly. Patients sit for hours in their urine and feces because there’s no one to change them, which results in rashes and infections. Personal items to remedy these issues such as diapers and cream were frequently taken by the staff and used on other patients that “didn’t have supplies.” (These supplies were purchased out of pocket and never reimbursed). As others have stated, the food is horrendous! Hot dogs are served cold and on stale bread with no condiments. If you love someone in this facility, I recommend getting them out. This is NOT a kind, caring, hospitable place to stay. Look elsewhere.
My sister was recently moved to PSNaRF. We were very pleased to see her in this welcoming environment.
The staff and management clearly care about their patients and residents. The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. The nurses have taken the time to know my mother's condition and keep an eye on her and consistently know how her state is, and had been overnight. My concerns have been addressed whenever I bring them up, and management has been available and receptive whenever I need to discuss something. The nurses and staff treat residents with dignity, and it seems like that comes from top down within the building.
I talked my dad into putting his wife there and they do absolutely nothing for rehab! She goes to pt and ot then sits in a wheelchair for the rest of the day. Was told she’s not allowed to walk the halls! What kind of rehab is this?
TRACY VELLA allowed me to have the most professional experience at this facility for my mom. I am a RN and I know quality and professionalism when I experiencie it. She has been a beacon of light for my mother's healthcare during her difficult time. Any questions I needed resolved, she is definitely the go to person. She knows her job extremely well. This facility should be honored to have her represent them. She has definitely DEFINITELY went out of her way for my mother's stay to help her facilitate paperwork. She has a great personality and great character. She truly is an inspiration I can't thank her enough for helping me with my mom.
Easy check in process. Friendly reception.
Everyone is so nice and does their job so well to be as supportive as possible to my mother
