Very nice place to live.
I just moved in a few weeks ago but it's not bad I just keep to myself, try to be quiet an polite to my neighbors.
First, "It is not a retirement home", even though it looks it or maybe like a nursing home.... "It is considered "low income public housing" . Rent is based off of your income, all utilities are included. 3 floors , washer and dryers available at a cost on 1st floor, also with community room , and a room to put your "garbage" in. Anyone can live here as long as they qualify. This building isn't intended for family dwelling, as in "children". There are other units in Renovo designed for family, but not at the "Ransdorf Manor" . There are tons of rules and inspections. I mean its "GOVERNMENT" ,…

Anyone can live here as long as they qualify. This building isn't intended for family dwelling, as in "children". There are other units in Renovo designed for family, but not at the "Ransdorf Manor" . There are tons of rules and inspections. I mean its "GOVERNMENT" , so you basically live by their rules or you will not have a home. The "rooms" are small , but sufficient. The tenants are like anywhere else. Mind your business or be part of the drama club. Lawn is taken care of, as well as in winter, someone cleans the snow. There is a balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floor to sit outside if you desire. They do allow certain pets, but as I said before, "this place" comes with rules and additional costs for other things. I like it here, its quiet, pretty, affordable, convenient and for me , friendly. You can either complain about everything or you can appreciate the roof over your head . I choose the latter and plan staying for awhile . I mean when I got the "river view" right out my window , what more could I want !!!!!! Peaceful living right in the borough , close access to banking, stores, and businesses .
Would be better if they didn't charge you for getting locked out or didn't harass you when you're not doing anything wrong. Management should know fair housing laws before starting problems with tenants. Doesn't handle bug infestation appropriately and will charge $44 if you get locked out. They charge light bulb replacement and labor. Why does maintenance get a salary for maintaining but I have to pay for the hour of work he didn't do?
Good have only been to the office on the first floor
