Understaffed. No communication with family. When you try to call for information from administrative staff you will be hung up on multiple times except when it comes time to hand you a bill. Very dirty and run down facility. Do not put a loved one here.
If no stars was a review, I’d leave it. How do you put sick loved ones with healthy loved ones? And when you ask the question you get a meah response? Disgusting. Not clean, mediocre meals, and sickness running ramped. Would not put another family member in this situation.

Dropped by Platinum Ridge, to visit with a dear friend. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful with my questions. I found the facility to be quite clean too. I’m glad my friend is here, as other nursing facilities that I have visited, were not so clean, and the staff was quite rude, and bothered by my questions.
The facility, staff,care,and activities are above expectations. My father is quite happy there. They keep me informed of any and all issues. I highly recommend Platinum ridge.
They work with my mom and help her get well. The nurses are really great.
This was two brothers visiting, a surprise visit from Florida, who had not seen each other in about 20 years. Lots of stories, reminiscing & some tears. Met some of his friends, Rick & Tricia, who enjoyed the bantering with them.
The people there were so friendly and went out of their way to show us where to go and help us. I am so glad my sister is in a good safe friendly place.
