This is a wonderful facility. The entire staff is caring and compassionate. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The administrator, Megan, has created an outstanding environment for the residents, families and staff.
understaffed, over worked aides
The staff was very helpful, kind and professional in taking care of my mother. Thank you all!!
Employees don't get paid much. Many of them are to busy with talking with each other. And having many cigarettes breaks. Patients need more interaction
Great personnel, friendly and respectful of each family
My great grandmother is there but I'M DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARE SHE IS GETTING she calls the nurse once a day to get in bed but they don't show up at all and knowing her she does it herself because she's been independent and private most of her life.
