A Truly Special Place – Pine View Personal Care Home My mother-in-law was a resident at Pine View Personal Care Home for over 11 years, and we will always be incredibly grateful for the love, care, and kindness they showed her and our entire family. From the very beginning, the staff treated her like family—and they treated all of us like family, too. They welcomed us, supported us, and made us feel comfortable knowing that she was in such caring hands. We were always able to take her out to enjoy family gatherings and special events, which meant so much to all of us. What truly stands out about Pine View is the genuine compassion of the people who work there. Everyone was kind, caring, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. They knew her, cared about her, and treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved. After more than 11 years, Pine View became much more than a place where she lived—it became an extension of our family. We are so thankful for every person who cared for her, comforted her, made her smile, and helped make her years there special. Leaving her in someone else's care is never easy, but Pine View gave our family peace of mind because we knew she was loved and cared for. We cannot thank the entire Pine View family enough for everything they did for her and for us. We will forever be grateful for the love and care they gave our mother-in-law. Pine View truly became family, and we highly recommend them to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with genuine compassion, dignity, and love.

Both of my grandparents received exceptional care here in their last few years with us. My family felt very supported by the staff and other residents, especially during the passing of my grandfather. We always felt comfortable leaving him for the night knowing he was in good hands. They really made a point to encourage both of them to get outside and engage in games and activities with the other residents to feel truly at home.
My dad was there for nine months. Great care and safe place.
I would not recommend Pineview Personal Care Home. There has been an ongoing bed bug infestation that has reportedly gone on for months with no effective resolution. Management under the new owners, Blake and Angela, appears largely absent unless there is an appointment with potential new residents. There is a strong sense that concerns are only addressed when profit is involved, rather than genuine care for residents’ well-being. The food quality is poor, and the same menu has reportedly been served repeatedly for nearly a year, showing little concern for nutrition or variety. Overall, the lack of consistent management presence, unresolved health issues, and poor quality of care are deeply concerning for anyone considering this facility for a loved one.
The staff is amazing. Caring , kind and attentive. The only downside is the place is infested with bed bugs. They have been battling them since February 2025. The new owners are not doing anything about them. The residents have bits all over them and their bed sheets are covered in blood speckles from them getting eaten alive wile they sleep. State has been contacted. For the price a month a resident has to pay there... They should be bed bug free.
We looked at Pine View Personal Care for my parents. It was a very old country home that looked like an old house that they added on to, and the bedrooms were very tiny. They were cramming two people and a dresser into a room, the bathroom in the hallway was shared by everyone. The setting was nice outside, but it was old. They added on a family room, and I think they had two TVs. It wasn't a good setting for someone with medical issues. They really tried to help me, though.
