The rehab department is amazing!!!! So friendly and helpful. Really were there for me in my time of need. Couldn't have asked for anything better 🙂
My mother-in-law is a patient here. She receives great care here.
Please have Jen Hornatchko contact me regarding non payment of over $2,000 in childcare.
The care is good. The nurses are very sweet and kind. BUT…someone there, who I believe is a cleaning lady is a thief. Stole money and my husbands head shaver. They also lost my husbands clothes and I had to go to the laundry room to search for them. I found most but not all of them.
My mother wound up there. She spends a fortune to live there. The nursing staff are nasty to the residents. They yell and use abusive language twords the people under their care. It's sad to see the verbal abuse twords the elderly that takes place. If they're comfortable enough to act like that twords residents infront of visitors. I can't imagine what they act like when nobody's looking. I'm actively seeking another home for her. I'm going to be contacting the state.
Nurses Herr are incredibly rude and mistreat the people under their care.
Good place
Lack of staff-1LPN/ 26 patients Nov9- food not edible- menus not healthy for ill elderly patients- nurses expected yo leave the floor to go 3 flights to open locked doors after 5:00. And then charging astronomical prices for this “care”
