While many of the staff, Direct Support Professionals do a decent job, in my experiences management did not care about me. They did not listen well. And if you file any formal complaints, you are dismissed as “unhappy.” And while I lived there, residents could not choose the television channels in the living room by majority anymore! There is a lot of cohesion used in how this Personal Care Home. I am very glad that I no longer have to put up with the arbitrary House Rules or any of the three…

There is no wi-fi, or telephones in each room. You have to buy your own television for your room. While many of the staff, Direct Support Professionals do a decent job, in my experiences management did not care about me. They did not listen well. And if you file any formal complaints, you are dismissed as “unhappy.” And while I lived there, residents could not choose the television channels in the living room by majority anymore! There is a lot of cohesion used in how this Personal Care Home. I am very glad that I no longer have to put up with the arbitrary House Rules or any of the three Personal Care Homes in Beaver County.
