Staff Is Outstanding. Has a resident that care is wonderful!
This is based on my personal interactions and opinions. My aunt went into care with Orchard Manor last year and spent the next 6 months with them. During this time, the business administration team had a hefty focus on getting her Medicaid to ensure that they would get paid and paid well. The organization did not seem to have that same focus on my aunt's care or health. When I went to visit, she was nearly always disheveled, sitting in bed in a diaper with no pants, uncombed hair. She didn't leave her room - had meals delivered to her, did not gain much needed weight, and had started to feel despondent. From the same time the year before, my aunt lost all body strength, became frail and very cautious of all medical personnel, now uses a walker full-time, and has not recovered from the depression of being at that facility. My cousin and I fought very hard to try to get her care, but we were frequently told that Medicare won't cover that....so they let her rot. I'm sure that she would get a much better level of care now that she has Medicaid and became a cash cow patient for them. The amount of time, energy, and effort it took to deal with the business team was absolutely ridiculous and a large part of that is that they didn't seem to be able to clearly communicate or know what they're doing. The discharge process was practically non-existent. My cousin and I ended up taking care of everything as there was no care continuity. I would never recommend this facility to anyone and would never let my aunt return to it.

Very clean and well maintained facility. Knowledgeable and caring staff, would highly recommend Orchard Manor to anyone looking for long or short term care for loved ones.
My mother had 2 strokes and had surgery and went to be rehabbed there. She went days without her pain medication. Rebecca who is a supervisor is belligerent and rude when questioned, unprofessional and passes the buck. Shyana is very patient and kind however and helped my mother. She’s the only reason they’re even getting 2 stars. DONT SENDYOUR LOVES ONES HERE
Orchard Manor is a great facility, made even better by the people who work there. The team is responsive and truly supportive, making collaboration seamless. Communication is consistent and thoughtful, and it’s clear that everyone works together with the same goal in mind. I especially want to recognize Kendra, Lisa, Jen, Brigette, Megan, Roger, and Shon, along with so many others who have been absolutely amazing to work with. Their professionalism, follow-through, and genuine commitment make a real difference for residents and families. It is truly a pleasure to work alongside such a dedicated team!!
