They truly care about their residents and they provide the best quality care for them as well! It rises above every other facility I have visited in NEPA the past 20 years - 100% HANDS DOWN! I have had my father-in- law in Oak Ridge a few years ago and have my mother-in-law in Oak Ridge for the past 4 years. The nurses and aids are wonderful,caring and take time with patients in crisis. The cleaning and maintenance keep the the place extremely clean and organized. The office staff are extremely helpful with all paper work and finances and will assist you in filling out needed forms. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center if needed in the future.
They neglected my dad's health and sent him home early and he's still suffering from the same problems as he was. Nursing and some staff were rude and disrespectful. They released him too early and didnt care to set up appointments upon discharge.

My father had a fall that resulted in a hip fracture, the doctor recommended rehab for him so he went to Oakridge for that. I am very impressed with the care and rehab that he received there. He’s a very very picky eater and the kitchen staff worked with him to make sure that he was getting food that he would actually eat. The nurses were so kind and joked around with him all the time. He even said that he enjoyed his stay there and he is a very harsh critic. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend!
Was very pleased they had Ma all settled by the time we got there. Also, Danielle the nurse was fantastic, kind, Cary, and on top of everything.
This place is clean and very well organized. The staff seems very nice, helpful and caring.
My uncle received the best care at this facility. It is clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure his needs were met. I've had family members at other facilities, and none of them even came close to the kindness and compassion of the team at Oak Ridge. I highly recommend them.

Finding a nursing facility for your loved one to call home is no easy task but from the moment my loved one arrived here, the staff made us feel welcomed and assured us that they would be in good hands. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a warm and homely environment. The staff members are genuinely caring, attentive, and respectful, always going above and beyond to meet the needs of residents. I have seen firsthand how they treat each resident with dignity and kindness. Communication with the management team/administration has been excellent — they keep us informed and involve us in care decisions. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing quality care and ensuring the well-being of everyone in their facility! Overall, I highly recommend Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center to anyone seeking a caring, professional, and supportive environment for their loved ones.
