This place has skilled nursing care and hospice services. We selected this place for our father. The little apartment is going to be good for him.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who took care of my aunt. Everyone treated her and our family with such kindness and grace. We are extremely grateful!
Do not send your loved one to this facility. My grandmother was neglected at Oak Leaf Manor North. After three weeks at Oak Leaf (FROM 12/19/25-1/13/26), I was never told that the pull cord doesnt work in the residents room and the resident ended up having countless falls because they were unable to alert staff when needing assistance. Shakeena Binder claims to have explained this in an email to me but that is a lie. I have the proof. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Very nice and beautiful facility and friendly staff
Visited my friend and the first time here. Very nice place, smelled nice, and her room was really a great room !
Employees are all very professional and courteous. They are responsive to my mother’s needs for the most part. I think helping with showers should be offered more frequently than once per week unless paying extra for each extra shower. In general, she doesn’t think the food is that great but does say some food is good. But she lost taste during Covid and don’t think her opinion on this is all that relevant. I guess we should schedule a meal with her at OLMN to see for ourselves.
Fabulous services
Excellent care and very clean! More variety of food options, especially for dinner would be good. Sometimes the options are soup and sandwich which weren't filling enough.
