I hated leaving my family member there. It is a filthy dark and depressing DUMP! Nobody ever answers her call bell, half the time they didn't give her a muscle relaxer at bedtime. Filthy and disgusting place. Then they have the nerve to want to sell her a $10,000.00 dumy looking small room which they call Bridges. We gave caught them in lies frequently. The whole short term place us filled with flying bugs, maybe gnats. They don't want to spend money for an exterminator or for any updates. Zero stars. Nasty place with nasty liars running it. All they care about is lining their pockets. I…

Would rate negative stars if I could! My Nana had an infection around her heart and was sent here for six weeks of IV antibiotics. While Oak Hill may not be directly responsible for her death, they certainly did not make her last couple months easy. During her time there, she had limited activity outside of her physical therapy and remarked that she spent a lot of time laying in her bed or her broken recliner. When we visited her, it took at least 20 minutes for someone to respond to the call button. As if that isn't bad enough, her and her roommate said they were yelled at for using the call…

As if that isn't bad enough, her and her roommate said they were yelled at for using the call button to have someone turn on the air conditioner, something they were not able to do themselves. When she completed her treatment, no one contacted us about discharging her. In fact, the last conversation I had with her she mentioned that the only time she was out of her room that day was to get breakfast. Once her treatment was done, she was left in her room to sit. DO NOT send your loved ones here. My Nana, like everyone else in that facility, deserved quality care. We lost her shortly after that and knowing how poorly she was treated rubbed salt in a deep wound that won't heal.

The ease of touring the Independent living tower here with Milissa Geesey is outstandingly helpful. In the eight plus months that I've lived here, she has impressed me with the care and consideration she shows to each one of us. She even involves her family with providing delicious meals on special occasions and does her best to fulfill all of our suggestions for fun group outings and scenic drives. The staff and residents have been good to me. My apartment allows just the right amount of privacy and, best of all, my kitty is allowed to be here with me. Oak Hill Village has been a Godsend…

Oak Hill Village has been a Godsend and, in my estimation, is well worth considering when we need encouragement and care as we age.

Please don't send your love one here!! My Mom was there for what was suppose to be rehab to prepare her for surgery. She was mistreated, disrespected and it broke my heart. It came to a crisis point. Staff hid an advancing infection from us. My mom was in so much pain. Literally sobbing, leg bright red, swollen. Staff offered a Tylenol. We had to insist on an ambulance to the hospital. My mom died from a bone infection and she only got real care because we fought for her to get to the hospital. She died a horrible death and my heart is still broken. Do not let your loved one be sent here!

My 82 year old Aunt is in there. I have pushed the button for the nurses and nobody ever came in. I had to go find someone. My sister went in yesterday and she was sitting in a poop diaper for God knows how long. The furniture in the room was falling apart and the drawers had dirt and stuff that peeled off from the inside of the drawers. Paint peeling off the walls. I don't know how this dump ever passed inspection.

This place is terrible, roaches in the kitchen and common areas, staff is rude, especially Ms.Terry from dietary, so rude and condescending to employees. The food is always cold and its just disgusting. Not a place you want your loved ones. My mother was there, not taking care of properly at all.Not a good place at all. Employees fighting, just gross

Staff is disrespectful and they are liars, no wonder no one works there. The kitchen area has ROACHES which cannot be good for the elderly that are supposed to be cared for there. When someone in my family was placed in their care recently, she left because they were “neglectful and unkind.” Would not recommend at all. Not with the current staff and state of the facility.

It was calm and productive
