I was there 3 years ago I learned how to walk to talk to eat again . I had a stroke and if it was not for the rehabilitation staff the nurse staff the food service staff I think I would not be here. I did not know I had a stroke til after like a month but I learned how to eat to talk to walk again. I had a walker a rollator a wheelchair a scouter . I walk now I have cognitive issues and balance issues I cant drive but im still here thanks to Nottingham. Like little angels from heaven. Greatest place im sure there are others but thank God I went there.
My father spent a year and a half in this facility before his passing. He got the best care from the most compassionate and caring humans. If you ever need to make the difficult choice to find long-term care for a loved one in the area, this is the place to go. The staff is like family.
All 5. The place is excellent. The facility is very nice, home like feeling. The residents are wonderful. The staff is great. Clean environment. Activities daily to meet the residents needs. Movies, music and wine and cheese. Meals are excellent and dining meets the needs of residents by allowing them a window timeline.
My mom is here and having great care.
We had a very good experience with the facility and staff. Staff was very helpful with moving in and changing rooms. Food was bland and meals repetitive. This is understandable considering the population needs. Things like fresh fruit and salads were available, but residents had to ask for them. Very few could remember that they could ask. It fit her needs and proximity to us. We were fortunate that we could afford the location. Assisted living, and especially memory care which we needed, are expensive.
I am very impressed with this center. It is beautiful with much to offer. The care is excellent. The nursing staff is wonderful. The aides do a great job and the activity director keeps it entertaining. The dining room is so elegant and the kitchen personal offer a fabulous menu to choose from. They allow pets so it’s so therapeutic for the residents.
I chose Nottingham because it was considered one of the better places in the area. I was impressed by the design of the building and the layout of the community. I think the outside courtyard area can be larger.
It's a decent assisted living home
