Caseworker Jessy is the absolute worst and should be fired, she's a bully, extremely unprofessional & rude. She came to me and my partner's house back in April at 9:30 p.m. which is already strike one, pressuring my partner to say that he was being abused by someone in the household and I say that because she asked him three times literally and he wasn't too happy with the visit, he answered her very clearly the first time yet she kept asking him. I also believe she somehow coerced or convinced my partner who is significantly older than me (because that's my preference) to get a PFA on me without even bothering to see if there was any actual abuse going on. there was no investigation done because I wasn't spoken to at all and I'm the person that it's against ! throughout this terrible ordeal she harassed me thru text messages, threatening to call the authorities on me because I had used my partner's debit card which I had permission to use and kept stressing about my two beautiful white ragdoll cats that I had at the house, asking me what I was going to do with them if I had "made arrangements" for them when I was only temporarily removed from the house until the court date so there was no reason to even consider a new home for them and to make matters worse on April 27th the day before my birthday my cats disappear and I'm pretty sure she has something to do with it. And to top it all off she told me that it was my partner that made the call to them about the abuse which right there should get her fired because I'm pretty sure that's a breach of confidentiality which is a company policy, when I asked her who made the so cold anonymous call the first time I spoke to her on the phone she told me that she couldn't tell me that now all of a sudden she can? She's a joke, a very bad one. Whoever hired her should be fired as well she needs what she does. I have an entire thread of text messages on my phone backing up what I'm saying so I hope she does get fired because she has no business in that line of work with that type of behavior that she displayed. if I find out she indeed had anything to do with the removal of my cats you best believe there will be a lawsuit put into motion. Stay away by all means necessary from that monster.
