All I will say is that I’m happy we got our loved one out alive. Unfortunately I can’t say unharmed but he’s in a better, cleaner and safer place with staff that actually care for their patients.

North Penn Manor has been wonderful so far with my Mom. I absolutely love that she is there and I feel very blessed and grateful for the way they take care of her. All of the staff is so nice and welcoming when I stop in to see my Mom and [name removed] treats all of the residents there as if they are her own family members. You can tell when she is talking and interacting with them, that there is a time is concern and care for their wellbeing as care.

North Penn Manor seemed rather small. However, given the price for the services, I think it was adequate. In general, it was clean, and the people were friendly.

My mother will be moving to North Penn Manor. It was very clean. The people were very nice and answered all our questions. It's a flat fee, and there's no hidden cost or anything like that at the facilities. My brother and I appreciated their honesty and being upfront with the prices. They were very helpful. The grounds looked clean. The whole place looked good.

We toured North Penn Manor. The tour is fine. We were greeted. We were brought into the facility. We were shown the dining hall. We were shown what the room looked like and a general consensus of activities, and what we could expect from living there. So, the staff went over all of that with us. The one that we were able to look at was a one-bedroom studio. It's just a bedroom with a bathroom and a closet. She showed us the common sitting area TV viewing room, and the two different dining halls, and told us a little bit about the activities they had at the facility with the barbecues and things like that.

This is a horrible place. Judy is not a good person at all. And the Jamaican lady is rude and disrespectful, she act like shes on your side by shes a snake in the grass. Mother had dementia but always told me that they weren't treating her right. I removed her somewhere else. My mom is happier now.

North Penn Manor was active. There were a lot of activities happening in groups and the staff were friendly. It was clean. They had a few social areas. They were nice and they laid out comfortable chairs and comfortable seating areas. Everybody's very nice and welcoming.

I wasn't impressed at all with North Penn Manor. It was alright but I wouldn't want to go there. My cousin wouldn't have cared because it's nothing fantastic. It's just a bed. They would take care of them, but I wasn't impressed. The staff who gave the tour tried to be as informative as she could. The rooms were super average. The upkeep was just okay, nothing to brag about. They had a small patio outside. It's nothing fancy, just something to go out.
