Newport was clean, the people we raked to were friendly. Our friends who are residing there say they are being well taken care of.
My grandma was here for a month for rehab after a stroke. The staff was great, answered the phones all hours of the night for updates, answered all of our questions and were very compassionate. I had doubts sending her to this facility because it was an hour away from me but i’m so glad that i did. Speech therapy and Physical therapy were very sweet and took great care of my grandma and other patients. Nursing assistants were wonderful and answered the call bell fast and treated patients like they were their own family. Housekeeping is also fantastic and is present all hours of the day…

It wasn’t clear how to enter. We pressed the button but nobody responded to the doorbell. The resident sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather told us to press the handicapped button to open the door. Therefore, the entry was not properly secured.
Every staff member was kind and respectful.. My mother loves it here!
Was given a tour a few weeks ago by Heather the Administrator she was very Nice and very informative.Family member is living there and is doing good.
As Medical POA, Newport Meadows kept us well informed while our friend was in rehab there. Staff was pleasant when we visited.
My Friend seemed to like being there as He was starting to recover to go home
