The heating/cooling components are very outdated and difficult to adjust the temperature. I also have no heat in my bedroom/bath area. There is a tiny fan in the wall between my living room and the bedroom, which I guess is to transfer heat into the bedroom. It is very inefficient. The aides and other workers are very nice. I have heard that the washers and dryers are old and need replacing. The building is older and more outdated than the main building. Although it lacks the…

My apartment is very nice and includes a kitchen area with a counter, sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. The heating/cooling components are very outdated and difficult to adjust the temperature. I also have no heat in my bedroom/bath area. There is a tiny fan in the wall between my living room and the bedroom, which I guess is to transfer heat into the bedroom. It is very inefficient. The aides and other workers are very nice. I have heard that the washers and dryers are old and need replacing. The building is older and more outdated than the main building. Although it lacks the amenities of the main building, the apartment rental costs are the same. The hair salon is absolutely ancient with a very unsafe sink for elderly people. ( It doesn’t raise up or move downward to adjust for different size people, and the water is hard to regulate.) The food in the dining room is mediocre but the deserts are awesome!!
